Excensia · product system
Train. Measure. Ascend.
Players do not need more isolated drills. They need a program that answers what to train today, why it transfers to a match, how to execute it on the field, and what to do next — without fake charts, medical claims, or a leaderboard.
Differentiation: field-first pictures, honest measurement, adaptive load that drops volume instead of stacking it, and a coach builder that prints a plan in minutes.
Excensia Night Pitch
Charcoal pitch, lime for action, turf for intelligence, ember for effort. A geometric lime X — two crossing bars. Exo 2 Bold on headlines, Inter on body, IBM Plex Mono on numbers. Motion 160–280ms, physical, never bouncy. Outdoor mode raises contrast for sunlight. Light is an accessibility fallback, not a second brand.

Core flows
- New player builds a program. Onboarding captures goal, kit, and availability. A program is recommended from those inputs — not invented performance data.
- Player completes a session. Today → field plan → live timer → reflection. Logs are self-reported and stay on this device.
- Missed session. The plan does not stack volume. Adapt drops the compete block and keeps the picture.
- Coach builds and assigns. Builder starts from a program day or a pasted plan. Squad assigns a program and a target. Demo names are labeled.
- Coach reviews a clip. Play the moment, timestamp it, caption it, draw the run, keep / improve / action. Files stay on this device. Not a public broadcast.
- Intelligence with human editing. Constraints in, editable sequence out. Assumptions are shown. Check it with a qualified coach.
Data model · this preview
Profile, logs, drafts, attendance, diagrams, and activity events live in this browser. There is no account, no shared database, and no upload. A full club build would map the same shapes to Postgres with row-level security: a player sees only their rows; a coach sees only connected players; a parent sees only consented, age-appropriate summaries; video uses signed URLs.

Health flags are a training-availability setting, not a medical file. They are never used to diagnose.
