How this product is meant to be used.
Excensia is a training suggestion tool. It does not replace a qualified coach, a clinician, or a club safeguarding process.
What this is
- A program is a focused training block with a picture, not a promise of selection. Camps are events you attend.
- Every number you see is something you entered, or is labeled as an example.
- Sign in so the profile follows you. Free to start. Player $49, Coach $99, Club $249 CAD / year. App Store uses Apple IAP.
- A URL cannot unlock a plan. Stripe or Apple has to confirm the payment. Preview unlock is gone.
- Cancel web billing in Billing → Stripe portal. Cancel App Store in iOS Settings → Subscriptions. Restore is on Billing.
- Delete account in Settings drops cloud logs, roster, signatures, and the plan.
- Parent login and coach-to-player links are a private graph. No public ranking of children.
- Cloud roster names belong to the coach account. Demo squad stays labeled as examples.
- Signed video means a hash on your account. The file stays on the device.
- Missing a day does not reset you. The plan drops volume instead of stacking it.
- Training Intelligence is an editable suggestion. Check it with your coach.
- Guardian summaries stay off until a parent turns sharing on in Profile.
- Save a session for offline before you go to a pitch with no signal. A whole program can be saved in one tap.
- Live field training is a timer. Gates and contacts on that class are numbers you tap — unless you open camera class.
- Home trainer is a directed class: wall, juggling, 1v1, GK. Phone is the clock. You can tap contacts, or open camera class.
- Camera class sees a yellow, lime, or orange ball — no QR required. Too close, it tells you to move back. Then a skill demo, then 30 seconds: a tracking ring on the ball and two floor targets. A rep is the ball through both. Stream stays on this phone.
- Team HQ is private roster ops: schedule, RSVP, board, dues, lineups, availability, rides, staff files. Field is an address you type. Stream is a link the coach pasted. Dues do not charge cards. Players read the board — no child-to-child chat.
- Team files are https links (plan, kit, album). Not hosted here. Not a medical record.
- Add Excensia to the Home Screen from Settings so Live is one tap at the field.
- Rest is a real day. Log it on Home so a rest is not treated as a missed session.
- Share the passport as a photo. It stays this device — not a ranking of children.
- Add a camp to this phone’s calendar from the camp page. Print a week of field plans from the program.
- Match day is a Home state. Name the event. Keep the pictures. Drop the load.
- A guardian weekly photo stays off until parent share is on in Profile.
- Live names the next block with ten seconds left.
- Camp RSVP names stay on this device — not a public list of children.
- Coaches print a week pack with attendance checkboxes for the labeled demo squad.
- The morning after a named match, Home asks what transferred and keeps the session technical.
- Start asks what’s in the bag — ball, cones, wall, pump. Missing kit changes the constraint, not the picture.
- Camp RSVP can be a photo. Names stay on this device — not a public list of children.
- This week’s pictures live on Home. Unique stills for the week you are in.
- This week on Home is a calendar: rest, match, indoor, trainer, program. Tap today to log rest. Not a ranking.
- Indoor or snow on Home changes the constraint. Volume drops. No extra indoor fitness because the pitch is closed.
- Match-day activation is a 20-minute Pre-game class. Pictures only. Not extra running to stay sharp.
- Family shows the linked player’s week — sessions, rest, indoor, named match. Effort stays off until parent share is on. Not a ranking of children.
- A coach can pin today’s session. Linked players see it on Home. Private graph. Demo squad stays labeled.
Safeguarding
Youth players first.
- No public leaderboard.
- No child-to-child chat. The team board is staff and parents posting. Players read.
- Parent / guardian sharing stays off unless you turn it on in Profile.
- Demo squad cards are labeled examples. They are never mixed into your logs.
- We do not collect body-image data, weigh-ins, or medical files.
- Coach verification is a concept for a full club build — staff would be checked by the organisation. This product has no public youth ranking.
If you need to report a concern
Speak with a club safeguarding officer, a parent or guardian, or a qualified professional. This preview is not a reporting service and cannot receive a disclosure.

Open the concern noteHealth and load
If you flag pain, the plan stays technical and asks you to speak with a clinician. That is not a diagnosis, not medical clearance, and not rehabilitation advice. Youth players are never told to add extra sprints or laps.
Privacy on this device
Logs, reflections, clip files, and attendance start on this device. Sign in to sync the profile and logs to your account. Clearing the device in Profile deletes the local copy. Outdoor and light field modes are display preferences only.
Coaching glossary
- half-turn
- Receiving so your body is already opened toward the next action, usually with a first touch that takes you away from the passer and toward the space you want to attack.
- third-man run
- A supporting run that becomes the free option after two teammates combine. The ball often travels A to B, then B sets or slips to C, who arrived from a blind side.
- cover shadow
- The space a defender occupies that also screens a passing lane behind them. Pressing with a cover shadow means you both close the ball and hide the next option.
- blind-side movement
- Arriving from the side a defender is not looking. Useful when the opponent is ball-watching or locked onto another marker.
- rest defence
- The positions held while your team is attacking so you can win the ball back quickly if possession is lost. Not the same as a low block.
- trigger
- A specific cue that starts a press, a run, or a combination — for example a poor touch, a pass into a fullback, or a goalkeeper’s first step.
- overload
- Creating a numerical advantage in a zone, such as 3v2 on one side, to force a decision and open space elsewhere.
- underlap
- A run inside the ball-carrier rather than around the outside. Often used by a fullback or winger to attack the half-space.
- pressing angle
- The line you run to the ball so the attacker is shown into a worse option — typically toward the touchline, a covering teammate, or away from their strong foot.
- line-breaking pass
- A pass that travels through or between an opposition line (press, midfield, or back line) into a teammate facing forward.
- back foot
- The foot farther from the passer. Receiving there usually opens your hips and gives you more of the pitch in front of you.
- scanning
- Looking away from the ball before it arrives so you already know pressure, space, and the next option.
- escape touch
- A first touch that immediately takes you out of the defender’s cover shadow or pressing line, not just a touch that keeps the ball.
- half-space
- The vertical channel between the wide area and the centre. Often the most useful receiving zone for midfielders and inverted wingers.
- rondo
- A possession game in a tight space, usually with a numerical advantage, used to train receiving, scanning, and the free side — not a trick and not extra fitness.
- occupancy
- Where each role stands relative to the ball and the next line so the team can play through and still be connected if possession is lost.
- home trainer
- A directed class on your phone: timer, cues, and contacts you tap. Not a smart ball, not a camera tracker, not calories.
- team hq
- Private roster ops for one team — schedule, RSVP, board, dues, lineups. Not a public ranking and not child-to-child chat.
- pre-game 20
- A 20-minute match-day activation. Pictures only. The phone is the clock. Not extra running, not a fitness test.
- pitch today
- Outdoor, indoor, or snow. Indoor and snow drop the compete block and keep a wall or home picture. Not GPS.
What this device records
Activity events (session started, logged, adapted, printed, draft saved) stay in this browser so you can see what you actually did. They are not sent anywhere, not tied to an account, and not a ranking. Clearing the device in Profile deletes them. That is the whole analytics specification for this preview — user value, not surveillance.

Night Pitch is the default. Outdoor raises contrast for sunlight. Light is an accessibility fallback, not a second brand.
