Privacy
What Excensia keeps, and what it does not.
Last updated 31 August 2026. This policy is for Excensia at excensia.com.
Excensia is a soccer training product. It is not a medical device, not a ranking of children, and not a surveillance tool.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, password hash or Google/X identity, birth year.
- Training: sessions you log, readiness you tap, kit you say you have, RSVP names you type.
- Billing: Stripe or Apple subscription status. Card numbers never touch our servers.
- Signed clips: a hash and filename tied to your account. The video file stays on the device unless you export it.
- Roster and links: names a coach or parent typed, invite codes, who is linked to whom.
What we do not collect
- GPS or location traces.
- Camera class frames — they are processed on this phone and never uploaded.
- Calories, heart rate, body-image, weigh-ins, or medical files.
- A public leaderboard of youth players.
- Direct messages between children.
Youth
Any age may create an account. If the birth year means the person is under 13, a parent email is required and a parent should hold the subscription. We do not sell children’s data. We do not show children’s names on a public ranking. Demo squad names are labeled examples.
Sharing
Stripe processes web subscriptions (Polymorphism Agency). Apple processes App Store purchases. xAI may receive the training context you type into Training Intelligence — never a medical file. We do not sell lists of players.
Retention and deletion
Clear this device in Profile to wipe local logs. Sign in, then delete the account from Settings to drop cloud rows for that user. Backups of the database follow the host’s retention.
